As a clinical pharmacist and metabolic health expert, I have over twenty years of experience in the health care industry.  I am also a prescriber for type 2 diabetes, a fasting expert,  a certified integrative health and nutrition coach and a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine.  

I believe in a fully personalised and evidence-informed approach and will support you to find the dietary and lifestyle solutions that will work for you and your life.   I also provide the coaching, support and accountabiility you will need to really integrate these changes into your life so that your health and wellbeing is transformed.
