Regardless of focus area you can choose from two packages.
The Insight Package contains two analytical and insight sessions and will give you a good understanding of your metabolic and general health at present, an understanding of the root causes of your issues, clarity on your goals and a tailored action plan on how to get there: The first session will consist of a deep dive into your health history and your goals for your health and wellness. I will advice on which blood tests are required (perhaps you already have some recent test results you can share with me) and support you to get these tests if necessary. The second session will take place after we have the results back. During this session, we will interpret the results together and I will guide you through a personalised dietary and lifestyle strategy that will work for your goals. This strategy will also be provided to you in writing after the session.
The Transformation Package builds on this further as it gives you the support to integrate the learnings from the insight package into your life in a way that will transform health and wellbeing long term. It has a total of 12 sessions.

Clarity on your health and wellness goals.
Clarity on the root causes of your issues.
Clarity on your current health status and where you are on the metabolic health spectrum.
Clear and personalised science backed action points on how to achieve your goals. This will include detailed insights into what kind of diet- with detailed macronutrient advice - (this is the amount of carbs, proteins and fats in a meal which will likely work for you) and why. All other areas of your life that affect your health such as exercise, sleep, stress, digestion, food sensitivities and emotional health will also be addressed.
Advice on any supplements that will benefit you.
Advice on further testing and/or interventions which will be useful for you.
Written plan will be provided to you after the sessions.

The whole Insight Package
Meal plan, pantry check, shopping, recipe and cooking support as required
The coaching, support and accountability that is required to integrate the action plan learned in the insight package into your life, longterm, in a sustainable and healthy way. Diet, exercise, sleep, stress, digestion, food sensitivities, mindset, emotional health and all other areas of your life that impact your health and wellbeing will be addressed.
Learning to eat to satiety so that you are not always hungry
Integrating intermittent fasting into your life and finding the ideal fasting window that works for you.
Guided support whilst wearing a continuous glucometer providing invaluable personal insights into which foods work best for you and which are best left as a treat.
Making progress towards or attaining metabolic flexibility and fat adaption.
Email and/or text support in between sessions as needed.
